Our Ethos:
The Valley Markets make our local growers’ produce, makers, Arts and Crafts accessible to the local and visiting community in the heart of The Yarra Valley and buy our veggies, fruit, artisan bread, honey, eggs. We’ll also be able to listen to and support local musicians while purchasing hand made art and craft. Meet existing friends, and make new ones. Come find a place of connection within our Community.
The ECOSS Valley Market runs every Friday and The Warburton Valley Market is the first Sunday of the month!
Market Story:
It all started with farm gate sales at Silvertine farm ECOSS to replace The Warburton Summer Produce Market back in March 2020. It was just as the Pandemic hit Australia. The Market has now grown to become a vibrant market and a saviour for many to purchase fresh local produce throughout Covid at Yarra Valley ECOSS. As a result we have made the decision to re-brand the market to become The Valley Market and run the market all year round at ECOSS and in addition run The Warburton Valley Market monthly, expanding the market to incorporate more arts and crafts with ceramics, jewellery, plants, qualitity 2nd hand and vintage clothes, tools, wine, soap, honey, hot food, local produce, cookies and more…
The Market locations-
ECOSS Valley Market:
Yarra Valley ECOSS 711 Old Warburton Wesburn, 3.30-6pm Fridays.
Warburton Valley Market:
Near the river, and at the rear of The Arts Centre. Here we bring people, arts, craft and produce together.
First Sunday of the month. 11am-3pm

We put faces to the background of the food you put on your table. Our food is fresh! Feel good about supporting our local community and minimising food miles. Our bodies will be grateful for the improved nutrition that goes along with fresher food. We support “plastic bag free” as much as possible.
As well as buying food, we can catch up with friends, bump into people we know, meet new people, make new friends. We can learn about our food and have the opportunity to talk to growers directly.
We encourage organic but are not requiring organic certification. Each grower will be clear about how their food is grown.
Also important is that we encourage our existing local businesses. We want you to go and buy an icecream from the icecream shop, food, coffee or beer from any of the local surrounding businesses.
Finally, this market is a market for the Community, run By the Community, In the Community.
The Valley Market is our market, a place that is truly The Valley.
